MILD SPOILERS for “X-Men: Apocalypse”

In “X-Men: Apocalypse,” Quicksilver (Evan Peters) has to evacuate Professor X’s School for Gifted Youngsters, pronto! The super-speedy mutant grabs kids and teachers and whisks them to safety… as well as one French bulldog who’s chowing down on some unguarded pepperoni pizza — still with a slice of pizza gripped firmly in his mouth!

Billed as “Pizza Dog” in the credits, he’s played by Tauntaun, who posed with Peters in this Instagram photo shared by @rpins, who worked on the film.

We love “Star Wars” names for dogs, including “Room” star Jacob Tremblay’s puppy, who he named Rey, after the character played by Daisy Ridley.
